All work undertaken by us is guaranteed for a period of 3 months or 3000 miles whichever occurs first. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we have provided to you - you must inform us as soon as possible to enable us to correct the situation.
All parts supplied to you remain our property until such times as full payment has been received and funds have cleared.
In the event of us providing you with a replacement courtsey car - unless we have provided a written variation to the following conditions- you must ensure that the vehicle we have supplied to you is fully insured for you to drive on the public road. We provide no vehicle insurance whatsoever for our courtsey cars. Any damage that occurs to a courtsey car while on loan to you is your responsibilty.
